Q: If Dr. Sheri Fluellen is a psychologist, is she going to do psychotherapy too?
While Dr. Sheri Fluellen is a Licensed Psychologist, she is not engaged in the Practice of Psychology when she is working with leaders and businesses. If she sees a psychological issue that needs specific attention, she will address that and help you find an appropriate referral. She does, however, bring a vast amount of knowledge and experience in human behavior, emotional wellness, group dynamics, and personal influence that she pours into her work.
Q: What should I expect when I hire Leadership 3D for me and my business?
We recognize the unique needs of leaders and organizations and have a tiered approach with our work. Sometimes leaders need a refresher and sometimes an overhaul. Sometimes coaching is for the top leader and sometimes there is sufficient motivation for the entire team to benefit. We will work with you to make the decisions for what works in your situation.
Tier 1: Our tiered approach starts with Leadership 3D’s proprietary V3 program, which will help you drill down and firmly establish the vision, values, and velocity of your life as a leader. You cannot effectively lead unless you have these aspects identified and solidified. The V3 program will then propel you into being able to clearly identify what resources you have for success, what resources you will need to enlist or develop, and making the positive changes to move you in the direction you want to go.
Tier 2: Your next tier provides you a detailed analysis of your leadership style, strengths, personality, and perceptions. If you work with a team, coworker, or bosses, you will get very specific feedback on how you function. This is a critical tier to becoming your best self as a leader.
Tier 3: Your next tier is honing the functioning of your team or organization as a whole. This includes providing support for additional key leaders, negotiating the team stressors and conflicts, teaching team skills, and any other aspects that are found to be lacking or missing.
